Since the launch of Parish Development Model by the President of Uganda, Kassanda District Local Government took Initiative to ensure that all Presidential Directives, Circulars and Guidelines are followed to ensure smooth operations in PDM implementation. We have so far disbursed over 9 Billions to PDM beneficiaries across the District and there is a momentum in action already of mobilizing and sensitizing beneficiaries for second phase.
